City Madrid is a census-designated place in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, United States. It is part of the Santa Fe, New Mexico Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 149 at the 2000 census. The ending of the 2007 film, Wild Hogs was set and filmed in the town. Today Madrid has become an artists community with galleries lining Route 14.
