Warren is a city in Warren County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 10,259 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Warren County. Warren is home to the headquarters of the Allegheny National Forest, Northwest Savings Bank, Whirley-Drinkworks,Superior Tire and Rubber Corperation, Pennsylvania General Energy, and Blair Corporation, a large mail order business.
