City West Richland is a 22 square mile city in Benton County, Washington, United States, served by two elementary schools and a middle school, with an annual budget of about 30 million dollars. The population was 8,385 at the 2000 census, however in 2006 Washington Office of Financial Management estimated that the population had grown to 10,520.
